Cornacchia Architects: Hadassah Building-123 Commonwealth Ave., Boston, MA- Comprehensive inspection of historic terra cotta and preparing specifications for stripping the paint, repairing the damaged terra cotta and repointing.
681 Massachusetts Ave., Boston , MA- Through inspection of historic masonry, conditions assessment. Specifications for replacement or patching of brownstone sills and lintels, repair of cracks, repointing

Historic Fox Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia - Mortar Analysis, created a custom mortar to match the existing, comprehensive evaluation of the brick, mortar and terra cotta. Made recommendations for the repair and restoration. This included paint stripping, cleaning, repointing structural repairs.

General Robert E. Lee's Civil War Headquarters near Lewisburg, West Virginia - Historic mortar analysis and custom mortar matching. Comprehensive historic masonry evaluation and recommendations for it's repair and restoration. This included paint stripping, cleaning, repointing structural repairs, and redoing areas previously done by an unscrupulous contractor.
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Tabernacle in Logan , Utah- Testing of numerous methods of stripping the multiple layers of paint, specification writing.
US Government Historic Federal Building and Courthouse in Casper, Wyoming- Comprehensive historic masonry evaluation, consulting and specification writing for the United States government and project architect regarding the cleaning, repointing, stone patching and/or replacement and application of penetrating and breathable water repellent.
Historic Fort Douglas in Salt Lake City, Utah- Mortar analysis, testing proposed masonry cleaning substances and methods, masonry evaluation and specification writing.
First Presbyterian Church in Salt Lake City, Utah- Exterior sandstone cleaning, mortar match and repointing, assessment and repair of ornamental terra cotta.
Connie Horner Property, Tampa, Florida- One of the first residences built on Davis Island in Tampa Florida . Performed a thorough inspection of the masonry building and provided building conditions assessment. Made recommendations on how to repair structural masonry cracks, strip paint and how to repair the cracked historic stucco/render.

Art Space Restoration, Maynard, Massachusetts- Removal and replacement of failed masonry window lintels on historic schoolhouse, stone conservation, masonry patching, and various microinjection adhesive applications.

Historic Ado Hunnius House, Leavenworth, Kansas

Historic Union Pacific Depot Building in Salt Lake City, Utah- Exterior masonry cleaning, repointing and patching. Creating and installing custom precast stone to match the existing historic sandstone. Dutchman stone repair, major crack repair using specialty "crack stitching" and pinning techniques. Hairline cracks in stone repaired using micro-injection adhesive.

Historic Fort Douglas in Salt Lake City, Utah- Masonry paint stripping, cleaning and application of water repellent.

St. Ann 's Catholic Church in Salt Lake City, Utah- Masonry paint stripping, cleaning and application of water repellent.

Governor's Mansion on South Temple in Salt Lake City, Utah- Masonry restoration consulting regarding the cleaning of the smoke off the limestone. Removing the smoke damage and melted debris off the interior mantle after the famous Christmas tree fire.

McCune Mansion in Salt Lake City, Utah- Exterior sandstone, terra cotta and brick masonry cleaning and stone consolidation.

Keith Brown Mansion in Salt Lake City , Utah- Exterior stone cleaning, stone consolidation and application of water repellent.

Panquitch Social Hall in Panguitch , Utah- Masonry repointing, cleaning and application of penetrating and breathable water repellent.

Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City , Utah- Complete exterior cleaning of the Indiana and Valder's Limestone. Application of penetrating and breathable water repellent.

Shriner's Hospital for Children in Salt Lake City, Utah- Complete exterior cleaning and patching of the sandstone using Jahn Stone Restoration Mortar M-70. Micro-injection adhesive installed in cracked sandstone. Application of penetrating and breathable water repellent.

Abstract has also restored the masonry on hundreds of other historical and prominent single-family homes and commercial buildings that are listed on the national and state historic register in the Avenues of Salt Lake City and the historic districts throughout the country.
